Maintenance of the valve during operation

The valve surface, valve stem, valve stem nut trapezoidal screw, valve stem nut, sliding part of the bracket, gear, worm gear and other parts are easy to deposit dust, oil, medium residue and other dirt, causing wear and corrosion to the valve. Therefore, the valve is often cleaned, and the ordinary dust on the valve can be wiped with a brush and compressed air, or even cleaned with a copper brush, until the machined surface and the surface have a metallic luster, and the painted surface shows the color of the paint. The steam trap should be in charge of a special person and should be checked at least once per shift. Open the bottom line of the wash valve and steam trap regularly, or break down and clean regularly to avoid dirt clogging the valve. Valve lubrication, maintenance of valve ladder screws, stem nut and bracket sliding parts, bearing bits, engaging parts of gears and worm cranks all require good lubrication conditions. Reduce mutual friction and prevent mutual wear. If there is no oil cup or lubricating oil, parts that are easily damaged or lost during operation should be modified to the lubrication system and returned to the oil circuit for communication.

Lubricating parts should be refueled regularly according to the specific situation. A high temperature valve that opens frequently is suitable for refueling once a week. Cryogenic valves can have a bit of a long refill cycle if they are not opened often. Lubricants include oil, butter, molybdenum disulfide, graphite, and the like. Oil is not suitable for high temperature valves. Butter doesn't work either. They will melt away due to high heat. The high temperature valve is suitable for adding molybdenum disulfide and applying graphite powder. Externally lubricated parts (eg trapezoidal threads, teeth, etc.). If you use oil such as butter, it is easy to be polluted by dust; if you use molybdenum disulfide and graphite to lubricate, the dust and lubricating effect are not as good as butter; gypsum is not easy to use directly; if you use a small amount of oil or water to synthesize ointment, you can use it.

The refueling seal rotary plug valve should be refueled at the specified time. Otherwise, it is prone to wear and leaks.

Keep two things perfect. Bolts on flanges and brackets must be completely filled and not loosened. When the handwheel is lost, the handwheel cannot be replaced by a flap, and should be matched in time. The charging differential must not be tilted or tighten the gap in advance. In environments susceptible to rain, snow, dust, etc., the valve should be equipped with a protective film. The ruler on the valve must be complete and accurate. The lead rod, cap and pneumatic accessories of the valve shall be complete. Thermal jackets must not sink or crack.

In addition, to prevent the valve from being soiled or damaged, do not knock on the valve or support heavy objects or force marks. In particular, non-metal mesh doors and cast iron valves should be more taboo.

Maintain routine maintenance of electrical equipment. Maintenance of electric field values is usually carried out at least once a month. Maintenance content: clean appearance, no dust, carbonated drinks, no oil pollution. The sealing surface should be firm and strict. Lubricating parts should be lubricated according to regulations, and valve nuts should be lubricated. Electrical components must be complete and free of defects, automatic switches and thermal relays cannot be deducted, and indicator lights should be displayed correctly.
